I screwed up TiVoMad...any help?

I had successfully added a second hard drive to a standalone, so I guess I was too cocky when it came to my DirecTiVo.
I decided to upgrade to a single large hard drive, as a) I have a 160GB drive (I know, only seen as 128GB), b) my main drive in my Hughes DirecTiVo is somewhat loud, and c) I thought I'd keep the original drive as a backup.
Well, I believe I misunderstood the operation of TiVoMad. I thought it would copy the necessary files to the new single drive, so I ran it with both drives connected, telling it I would have only one drive in the TiVo. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but I should have copied the drive first, then run TiVoMad on only the new drive.)
Anyway, now my original drive won't boot. It got to the "a few more seconds" stage but then started over; this occurred in a continuous loop. I may have dug myself in deeper by trying to run TiVoMad again on just this drive, telling it the correct type and size. That didn' t work. Then I tried blessing the disk--now it just gets to "powering on" and gets stuck.
Is there any way out of this?
Thanks.

You're out of luck. IIRC there is a backout script you can run if you accidentally TiVoMAD your original, but I think it has to be done before the drive is ever booted.
When you blessed the drive though, that sealed the deal. Blessing is only used for adding a second drive to a preexisting setup. It wipes everything. You'll have to beg and plead for someone to send you a GXCEBOT 2.0 image.

I was afraid of that. Anyone out there with a drive image for the Hughes?
I'd by happy to pay anyone for their trouble if they have a compressed image on a CD (or ftp). If worst comes to worst, I could send a hard drive to someone if they have a full-size image.
Thanks.

I'd like to publicly thank Lou Jacob of PTVupgrade, who graciously restored my Hughes drive image (and in short order).
For anyone considering a professional upgrade for their TiVo, I'd certainly recommend PTVupgrade. I can tell from talking to Lou that he's dedicated to providing good service.
And yes, I made a backup of the newly-restored drive.
