Dumb question here, but I can't find the answer. I figured you guys would know....

I'm getting rid of the cable box (wife had a fight with the cable company, and I'm NOT going to get in the middle of that action) so for a while anyway, I'm going back to basic cable - with no cable box.
I can't seem to figure out how to change the programming source. It won't let me. I think if I repeat the guided setup, I can do it there. But I don't know how to get into that mode. Any tips on how to do this?

Yes, you'll have to repeat guided setup. It's in the Messages and Setup sub-menu (I believe it's listed as "Repeat Guided Setup"). Or it could be under Factory Settings/Reset...
