Firstly, HI all. Just got a TIVO last week after resisting for ages - why did I wait!

Anyway, the volume controls on the TIVO remote. Do they do the TV sound or is it just if you have Phono's coming out of the TIVO?

It depends how you set it up. You can have it control your TV's volume or your amp's volume.

Go to Messages & Setup and then Remote Control Setup. It's best to follow the instructions in the user guide. If you're lost yours, you can download a PDF of it at www.tivo.co.uk/support.

They Tivo remote does the TV sound is the short answer, off the top of my head It's in meassages/setup and then remote setup.
