Is this a good deal?

I've been waiting to find a good deal on a 540 rpm drive to upgrade mt Sony TiVo, and I think maybe I found one. Here are the deals:

80.0GB Maxtor DiamondMax D540X 5400RPM 2MB Buffer. 1yr Maxtor Warranty. (MAX4K080H4) $115.00
80.0GB Maxtor DiamondMax 536DX 5400RPM 2MB Buffer. 1yr Maxtor Warranty. (MAX4W080H6) $115.00
100.0GB Maxtor DiamondMax D540X 5400RPM 2MB Buffer. 1yr Maxtor Warranty. (MAX4W100H6) $165.00

Are all, any, or none of these good deals? The drives are new, so I thought it sounded reasonable, but I have heard of 100 or 120 GB drives for these prices (not Maxtor though). Should I consider one or more of them?

If it's a B&M store, yes, they're very good. If online, fair. I always go by pricewatch:

Best deal going right now is at you local Compusa store(till 2/23):

Compusa packaged 80gig 5400rpm Maxtor drive for $99.

Standard Maxtor warranty is 3 years. If it says 1 year, something is not right.

arkham999 - do check CompUSA for the 80GB drive. Yesterday I was able to buy two from the Alpharetta store (Perimeter, Roswell, Marrietta and Duluth were out), I did not check Lenox or any other location.

The 100 GB (Sams Club) and 120 GB (CompUSA price matching) drives you are referring to were special one time prices, the lowest prices for these drives are $173 and $182 (source = pricewatch), respectively.

Good luck.
