help with Tivonet

Have Tivonet installed and functional as well as a Maxtor 120 gig pig that I installed tonight w/o problems thanks to all on this forum.

Now, I'm able to telnet into my Tivo SA via Windows 2K Pro telnet but when I get to the bash prompt and type DIR I get 25 files, (not formatted correctly)
=============================================
bash-2.02# dir
EventSwitcher MasterSocket109 bgc-mcp
EventSwitcherSocket66 MasterSocket116 fsmem
EvtMaster::Run109 MasterSocket119 mom
EvtMaster::Run116 MasterSocket97 myworld.lck
EvtMaster::Run119 MyWorld serialPortArbitrator
EvtMaster::Run97 Osd tclIndex
HServer.recv Sark\ (mcp) tcphonehome
HServer.send TClient.res tcphonehome.lck
bash-2.02#
=============================================
I then fired up IE 6.0 and FTP'ed to the box & lo and behold it appears I'm looking at the root of the box. I see about 20 folders. I worked my way into /hack/tmp & that appears to be the directory I see when I telnet into the Tivo.

My question is, Do I have to run a command at the bash prompt to be able to change directories & such? I'd like to install TivoWeb BUT I'm not about to attempt anything until I understand what's going on.

I did a successful Tivonet install and then an A drive U/G from 14hr to 144hr & I want to keep the upgrades successful! My wife is starting to get the hang of the Tivo. I don't want to spoil the fun by handgernadeing my Tivo! lol!

Where can I find a Tivonet Bash for dummies how-to?

Thanks all!
