Series2 Upgrade Installation Guide Posted

We've gotten a ton of emails and questions about upgrading the Series 2 units, so we are posting the instructions that we include with our Upgrade Kits.
Just for clarification, the Series 2 units are the new TiVo 60 hour and AT&T 40 hour units.
To some degree these instructions start where Hinsdale leaves off - they assume that you've backed up your drive, created a properly blessed drive, and have the right cables and tools. There are pictures to help the upgrade process. These are step by step instructions about how to install an upgrade drive once you have it prepared.
Please email any comments, additions, or corrections to tivo@weaknees.com.
Here are the instructions. We will be adding more pictures when we get a few minutes.

Thanks!

Well, I'm now considering a Series2 unit and I might do the upgrade myself to save a little money (I'll probably buy an upgrade kit, but I MAY make that myself too).
So two questions:
Has anyone used these instructions to upgrade their Series2 and are they pretty complete? Are there better instructions out there?
Should I buy an upgrade kit or make it myself? I hear the parts are a little hard to find and the drive blessing is a little more complicated . . .
