DTivo Upgrade Question - 96 Hours?

Thanks Hinsdale for providing a great how-to instruction guide to upgrade our Tivos!!
I successfully upgraded my DirecTivo to 96 hours!
However, if I read his instructions correctly, I should have 106 hours. Not complaining by any means, but I wonder what the difference is. Here's what I have:
Philips DirecTivo - original 2 drive (A=30 GB and B=15 GB)
I upgraded with an 80 GB WD 5400 RPM drive.
Bios reported the size of all drives correctly.
When I put the original A drive and my new upgrade drive back in the Tivo - it reported 96 hours.
Was there something more I should do to the A drive (other than do the restore tivo.bak)?
The instructions read that if I have a 30 GB A drive and an 80 GB B drive, then I should have 106 hours.
Did I do this right?
Thanks!

I just added an 80GB drive to my 40GB A drive and came out with 106 hours. So it makes sense that you have about 10 hours less.

You have it right TivoManiac. I have the exact same unit and did the same exact thing and mine shows 96hrs too.

The How-To reads:
(ex: adding an 80GB B drive to a 35hr/40GB unit will upgrade you to around 106hrs).
Note that this is adding an 80GB to a 40GB/35hr not to a 30GB/24hr drive.

The two 80GB drives that I added produced 108 hours. I got them from Hinsdale.
