Was, or is, there a deal you got for recommending a friend to get a TIVO or DTIVO unit? Or was this through Direct-tv only?

I just started a thread about Expert Satellite offering me a referral bonus. It comes from them directly.

I don't have all the details yet. But it looks like it may be for getting new DirecTV subscribers no matter what unit they pick.
