Thanks to the Hinsdale how-to, various info found on these boards, and persons generously providing backup images, I turned my first Tivo from an almost non-functional, refurb'd 14-hour running version 1.3, into a smoothly functioning (fingers crossed) 88-hour at 2.5.1.
