Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, couldn't find it on a search.

I have a PACE On-digital box (12 months old), can't seem to find a model number anywhere on the box (serial number starts NAWZZPF). Takes the smartcard on the top left if that is any help (lol).

Since updating to 2.5.5 TiVo is frequently records the wrong channel. Eg 26 records either 2 or 6, 33 records 3. This used to be an occasional problem but now it is happening at least once a day.

I have tried it on 20001 (fast, slow, medium) and also 200015 on all settings but it still continues. I thought TiVo may be dialling the channels too slowly, but even on fast the problem continues.

Can anyone tell me a setting that works ? My wife has now lost all faith in the TiVo and has reverted to setting the video.

Please help!

You shouldn't be using code 20015 - I don't think anyone should. :rolleyes:

it seems to be working better than 20001 at the moment.

This really needs sorting out. I noticed someone else posted about this the other day to no avail.

It is rendering my TiVo almost useless. As a keen promoter I am a bit annoyed at the moment. All was well before the 2.5.5 upgrade.

20001 and 20015 are identical codes - except that 20015 sends the Sky key code before each channel change. If you think that will benefit your ITV Digital box then fine ;)

Perhaps my ITV digital box is trying to jump ship and become a SKY DTB in attempts to avoid redundancy.

It seems to have settled down now ....... shouldnt have said that - tempting fate.
