Wow, TiVo! You MUST be watching these boards!:D Just got off a 13 minute call to TiVo's Customer Care, and all I can say is "THANK YOU!" The hold time to a representative was INCREDIBLY shorter than before, and my problem was resolved (lost a channel in my lineup, and they said I should get it back in 24-48 hours!! a LOT faster!). Also, the prompts were easier and quicker than previously. Again, THANKS! I sometimes dreaded calling in, but not now!:)

Well good for you! Usually it's just the whiners about CC who post here. Let's just keep this thread a secret and maybe the complainers won't find it! :D

UPDATE: well, true to what they said on Monday, I've gotten the deleted channel back!...in 8-12 less DAYS since previously! Nice job, TiVo!:)

I re-iterate ... it's great that someone writes about customer service when they have a good experience ... I see so few posts like this ... I've had nothing but specatcular support from TiVo whenever I've called over the last couple years.

Thanks for the post and thanks to TiVo for putting serious effort into this very important service.

Now if only we could get TiVo to give pointers to the phone company, electric company, the banks ...
