i am very fed up with Tribune's listings that do not contain any data and this causes Tivo to record the same program 2 or 3 times in the same day.
Also i am fed up with Tivo misdigiting my panasonic digibox' s number: how many programs do i have to loose till Tivo inc fixs it ?
I tried all the numbers given the best one for me is the 200014 medium but still it sends the wrong number , the digibox goes to the wrong channel and i miss the program.
I am a lifetime member and i am fed up !
Please Tivo INC FIX THESE BUGS ONCE AND FOR ALL.ù

so you tried 200016? I have a panny digibox and it works (almost) flawlessly with 200016 medium.

I haven't had any problems since I started using 200016 slow on my Panasonic digibox....

Me too...... only bugbears I currently have are the evil sky red dot (I know about my options to remove this, just trying to decide which one to go for ;)) and the fact that sometimes Sky Digital breaks and goes into open or whatever its interactive nonesense menu is..... I got a recording yesterday that was 30 mins of static menu.....
I'm pretty sure the red dot solution (something to send Backup every few minutes) will take care of that, and I've heard others say they've set the Sky box up to powercycle every night..... I have X10 stuff I can do it with, just need to look through the schedule and pick a "safe" time for the reboot. :)
As for the Tribune listings..... out of all the programmes I Tivo, the only one that I've had that problem with is Shock Video which E4 shows, then repeats a few hours later....... I just manually go through the Todo list and cancel one when they're both set to go (not every night due to clashes with other programmes) :D
I've only had my Tivo a week and I love it :D

i have never had any problems with my Panasonic try all the codes i use a fast one on the Panasonic and it works 100%. on the Grundig i have had to use a slower code and did have a few problems.
try all the codes again and dont forget to reboot to keep changes made.
as for Tribune's listings i think they will always be a problem in a otherwise very good recording system. my main beef is that even now after over a year they still cant add the word Premiere to a first showing film on Sky even though its put in every other media TV mag, papers even free papers have this info. i would love to have one on my TiVi running a wishlist that will record every new film on Sky but i can only do this with the help of tribune and helpful they are not. when TiVos contract runs out with them perhaps they will try another source but we will have to make do for now.
my regular moan (on films first showing) over.

yes, having the word "premiere" would be great for films on all channels.
I still don't see why tivo can't provide tribune with a list of the top 100(?) recorded programmes for them to perform additional checks on...

I have a silver Panny 31 and I find that 20016 Fast works fine for me!

I too have an Panny box and use code 200016 medium with 99% accuracy.
For what its worth, until a few weeks ago I was having problems with wrong channel changes but since taking the glass door of the front of the TV stand it has been flawless.Perhaps the IR signals were reflecting off the glass? Maybe coincidence but I am happy now.

You shouldn't really use 20014 - these codes are not reliable, use 20016.

ok guys thanks for the replies i will test 20016 and tell ya about it .
