Recycling old HD

I have a 60GB Maxtor that was in a win98 system (partitioned into 4 15GB drives). Do I need to do anything special (FDISK, etc) to this drive before attempting to add it (via Hinsdale) to my Sony Tivo?

No. You may get a warning that a FAT partition was found when doing the upgrade, but you can ignore it.
