Hard drive crash

My HDR112 won't boot all I get is that TiVo screen that says "waiting to start"

I think the drive is bad and I would like to replace it. I am A+ certified and I run linux on one of my servers. I think I could handle the imaging and reinstallation of the drive. But, where can I get the image?
