Series2 Hacking Progress?

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has made any progress on hacking the Series2 units. As Series1 units disappear from the market, and Series2 units grow in number, it will probably be the "playground of the future". Not to mention the extra processing power and memory available.

In particular interest to myself:

A drive replacement/expansion
Shell access

I would really love to get to a dual 120GB drives and TiVoweb :). By no means am I the world's greatest coder/hacker, but I'll help where I can.
