mknod cua3 c 5 67

There's really no need to create cua3, you can use the existing /dev/ttyS3 instead.

Trying to get elseed (Caller-ID) to work with external modem on DSS port...it was suggested to use /dev/cua3.

I had created the mknod as decribed by a previous poster....but no joy.

Appreciate the response....I've gotten that far....don't seem to be having any luck with actual comm's to an external modem though.
