Today's the big day

Well I have been in Tivo hell for 3 weeks since my HD went belly up in my Tivo 212.

Today I am swapping out my broken 20 GB HD and replacing it with a new 13.6 GB drive pulled from a Philips HDR 112 and also adding a 100 GB Maxtor with it.

I'll post here later to let you knwo if I am back in Tivo heaven.
