Just thought I would let everyone know that my Tivo upgrade went exceptionally well. It took about 3 hours from start to finish.

I swapped out the broken 20 GB HD from my Philips HDR 212 and replaced it with a 13.6 GB drive from a Philips HDR 112 (brand-new).

I also added a 100 GB Maxtor as my B drive.

Tivo is now running guided setup... and everything seems to be going fine so far.
