Post-ITV Digital setup

I used to have my TiVo set up for the standard ITV Digital lineup.
Obviously these channels have now all but disappeared. Because I wanted to still have the FTA channels like BBC Choice, News 24 etc and especially E4 which is still viewable by former subscribers, I didnt start a fresh Guided Setup for terrestrial channels only.

Instead I just removed all the now redundant channels from the programme guide so I now only see the channels I actually receive. Thing is, I am getting regular (annoying) messages from TiVo telling me that it cannot find my channel line-up.

My question - how do I stop these messages? Is it possible to do a guided set-up for "post-ITV Digital" digital terrestrial?

Thanks in advance!

I just removed the channels I no longer get from the Channels i receive list. Also the daily call has truncated the list anyway so the Tivos listings now reflect what is available.

yup - me too on the removed channel front. A few days after they stopped transmitting tivo downloaded a revised channel list (and had a message waiting for me listing which ones had been removed), then about a week ago the itv sport channel was removed (this was extended till the end of the footy season i believe but has now been switched off). My tivo hasn't required any extra input from me and has all the correct lineup for itv digital.

I notice that this DigitalSpy thread states that the BBC are looking at spreading their channels over another MUX to improve reliability by a factor of 8.

Maybe there will be some benefits of ITVDigital's closure, apart from the obvious one of (hopefully) less football on telly :D
