Thanks for the advice to try out the Tivo for a while before upgrading. Tivo HDR212 is comin tommorow and on the clock for 90 days (warranty period) before I go in. Anyway, I bought two 5400rpm 80Gb Maxtors. I decided that I would like to upgrade both drives. The document from Hinsdale is excellent, but can someone outline the process to upgrade both A&B drives? I'd appreciate a step by step on how to do this. Thank you in advance for your help.:p
