TiVo Movie - Playing every day

Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I haven't lurked in the forum for a while.
I remember a discussion a while back where people had a tear in their eye after the 2.5.5 upgrade because there was no longer a shortcut to play the TiVo animated movie thing. Well, I now have a tear in my eye because I'm having it played to me every single day whether I want it or not.
Basically, I'm not quite sure what I'm doing to spark it off, but it usually plays after I get in of an evening, go to live TV, check out the listings - usually only what Simpsons episodes are playing, and then press the TiVo button. I say usually, because whenever I want it to do it, sod law states it doesn't do it.
Has anyone actually found a shortcut to playing it on demand yet, and more importantely what I can avoid pressing so I don't have to watch it every single day?

There was a short-cut (tivo+0) to play the animation, but this was - sadly -removed in the upgrade to 2.5.5.

Pressing the TiVo button will stop it. I'm getting the same repeated playings too but, again, no obvious reason.

Me too, and as I've said in another post, it seems to always be when I press the TiVo button while viewing the Live TV guide. But it doesn't happen every time.

Have you been playing with backdoor codes?

I think there is a key sequence that sets the start-up animation to play every time the TiVo button is pressed!

I've been getting this for some time and I think it's to do with Tivo restarting, if you restart Tivo whilst in the menus it plays the movie to you at the conclusion of the restart, wheras if Tivo restarts itself whilst in standby mode you get the movie when you first use Tivo and enter the menus which is usually initiated by hitting the Tivo button.

It happend to me tonight. Real pain in the butt, as it turns the backdoors off, but it does not restart the recorder.

when I turn backdoors on agin, it still show the uptime of the machine as not being reset.
