Is it still possible to get a 'virgin' image from an open box?

Picked up an 'open box' 60 hour series2 from best buy over the weekend. It already had a couple programs on it, but no season passes, etc.
I went ahead and did a "system reset" which cleaned up the drive and preferences (which took about an hour).
Now that tivo has done that, can I get a virgin image off of the HD? Or... since it's already been set up, and called in to tivo a few times more than likely is that a lost cause?
I have a 120gb hd I picked up from Frys that I want to bless, and toss into it.
Thanks in advance

You don't really need a virgin image anymore. MFSTool can make any drive into a "virgin" image.

In fact, I think a true "virgin image" made with MFS Tools will be larger than an image made after it's been set up.
