I have been upgrading TiVos for a while for my friends. This time, my brother shipped me a harddrive to bless for him. I blessed the drive and stuck in in my unhacked stand alone tivo to test it and check the recording time. I then took the "B" drive out to ship back to him. I put my tivo back together and now it wont boot. What did I do wrong? Do I need to divorce the 2 drives? if so, could you tell me how?
thanks,

Yup..
from what I understand.. once you put a blessed drive in, the 2 drives are married.
not sure, but I believe divorcing the drives will cause you to lose all recordings.

Not only that, but the B drive won't work for your brother, either.

So any ideas of what I need to do then? I don't have a backup of my original A drive. I don't care about losing recordings. Also, what do I need to do to redo the "b" drive to start over again?
Thanks in advance for your help!

You're gonna have to hook both A and B up to your computer, and backup an image.
Then, restore the image to the A drive.
Then, bless the B drive.
and don't put them in the same machine again.
