Help!

My TiVo upgraded to 3.0 last night. After rebooting into the new version, it now crashes and reboots every 10 -- 30 minutes.

System Stats:
SA unit previously running 2.5.1. Two drives + TiVoNet.

I pulled the drive and re-enabled serial port bash. Watching
the log file (listed below) shows the culprit (Tmk Assertion: Audit, Line 31). I've already removed the TiVoNet board, and wiped/rebuilt the /var partition so there are no unexpected programs/files/scripts to confuse the software. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
