Hi, can anyone tell me what is included in the Tivo package? For example, is the telephone lead provided? If not is it just a standard telephone lead that is required or does it have one of those square plugs at one end (like a modem uses).

In the box you get the TiVo, Manual (or extra doorstop:D ), remote(with batteries), SCART lead, phone lead and phone socket splitter, phono leads and the IR emitter wands to change the channels on your STB.

Basically, all ready to run straight out of the box.

You won't regret it. Already our TV viewing habits have changed (in just 3 days)

The Telephone lead is 9 metres long too,
and the Scart lead is a nice chunky 'all pins connected' one too.

The scart lead that came with mine was a Ł2.99 jobbie, with no screen and probably no RGB either. I binned it and got a proper one.

All that's missing is the bin liner to put your VHS recorder in, and the tapes as well!

The SCART that comes with TiVo, while certainly not top quality, does have RGB pins wired.
