Adding ANOTHER new drive...confused.

OK,
I have a Phillips 112 in which I replaced the original A drive with an 80GB drive. Now I have bought an additional drive to add to the other drive (this one is 120GB).
I don't quite understand what I am to do to add this 120GB drive as a B drive.
Can someone shed some light?
Many thanks,
Dan

So, to add the second drive, all I do is run mad/setup.sh?

I believe it depends if you're currently using the full capacity of the 80 GB drive. If so, a divorce needs to be performed first.

If you are using all 80gb (IE you used the TiVoMad upgrade already) then blessing and putting it in will result in a not working TiVo.

OK then.
How do I go about adding a second drive to an already TiVoMad'ed A drive? (80GB existing + 120GB new)
Can I just bless the new drive?

No, in that case the new drive will be ignored. Bigamy is not yet supported.
You'll have to restore the drive to an unmarried state. Making a new backup will do that, losing the recordings, but keeping your configuration (SPs, WLs, thumbs ratings, etc.). Then you can perform a simultaneous TiVoMad and blessing.
All this and more is explained in the hack FAQs and in the documentation for the individual tools.

To recap....
1. Backup current A drive.
2. Restore image to the same A drive.
3. Then TiVoMad and Bless the A and B drive at the same time.
Right?

Right?
On your step 3, if you mean you TiVoMad the A, and Bless the B, I believe that's correct. You don't bless the A after running TiVoMad on it.
