Well, I had a little hiccup, but basically all went exactly like the how-to said it should: I took an already-upgraded DTiVo and popped in a new A drive larger than the original. The new CD image with TiVoMad 4.0 worked like a charm. This makes system #6 that I've upgraded. Each has been subtly different, but each has succeeded.

I'd like to add my thanks to the long list that came before me to Kazymyr, Tiger, Hinsdale and I'm sure a boatload of others that have provided these tools. Outstanding job, y'all!
