Upgrade Problem

I'm in the process of upgrading a two drive DSR6000 with a larger (80 gb) single drive. I've followed the directions to a T. I'm now at the stage where you take the new drive and verify it works prior to using TivoMad to claim the additional space. The problem is, when I power up the box, it goes through the normal process, but hangs for a long time at Acquiring Satellite Information at 70%, then goes to 90% where it hangs some more, then I get a BSOD (yes, blue screen).

Any Ideas?

I'm using a 2.0 image I got from an FTP site.
