Buffy - when to start?

So, I've been thinking about starting to watch Buffy.

I guess the question is, should I start watching with what's airing now,
somewhere in Season 2, or should I wait until FX rolls around to the beginning again. (Which at a guess, could be somewhere in October or so).

I started watching the first time from ep.1 and got bored, the second time I picked up from Phases in Season 2 and fell into it right away. I think "What's my Line?" was on yesterday so this probably is a good time to get into it, lots of stuff happening.

Just start watching it, and if you need any help to get caught up check out www.buffyguide.com for episode descriptions.

I agree with everybody else...now is a fine time to start. If you like, you can catch up with s1 and early s2 via the DVDs that are available or when the series swings around to s1 again.

Start now! Don't wait another day. I'm serious.

Rent the DVDs to get caught up. Or buy them. Or buy some of the videotapes.

Well, I haven't started watching yet, but there are currently two
episodes waiting on my Tivo at home.
Fortunately for my ability to have a life, it looks like FX is dropping back
from 2 episodes a day to 1, which may take it longer to get around the cycle, but is something I might just be able to stay on top of.

Oh, and thanks for the advice. Hopefully I'll enjoy it :).
