What will happen.
I have a sat-60, which I put a maxtor 80 GB into, and that works great. Now, with drive prices so low, I want to put a 120 or 160 in there. can this be done? Of course, and recordings that are on the B drive, would be lost, but is this as simple as removing the drive and putting in the new 160 GB, and sacrificing the recordings.
Will the recordings that were always on the A drive, yes some of which are still there!!! Will they stay there, and will the TIVO figure out what happend.
Anyone done this?
best

With MFS Tools 2.0 you can expand how you want to without losing ANY of your recordings. Check out the hinsdale guide at the top of this forum.
