HDR212 from eBay has GSOD - need image

I was *supposed* to go over to my friend's house today and help him upgrade to two 120GB drives. But alas, he got the GSOD last night around 2am, and it's still there now, at 8am. (The exact error message said something about trying to "call back in three hours" -- is that normal?)

This was after much prodding from me for him to buy his first TiVo. He got one from what looked like a reputable eBay seller, but it was missing everything except the power cable. (Yeah, ok, maybe we've got stolen merch. *Sigh*.)

Well, TiVo told him to get his money back. And he's got an e-mail into the guy, who probably will be able to plausibly deny that it wasn't not working he shipped it. (When my friend made a pre-sale inquiry, the guy claimed that it "powered up".)

ANYways, I'm not expecting that we'll be getting a refund. So... does anybody have an HDR212 image?
