I have previously added a drive to my Tivo Drive. My uncle is visiting and has the same unit as myself. He has a Sony SVR2000 unit. I am thinking of preparing a drive for his unit that he can add as a second drive to his unit when he goes back home. I assume it is possible to skip the backup steps of the process. If I do can I just take the new drive out of the box and use BlessTiVo /dev/hdb command. Thank you in advance
