Just Watched Jackass, First Time Ever

Jeez, who the heck thinks this stuff up. I didn't know if I wanted to laugh or cry. Parts were kind of funny but others were really sick.

It's natural selection in action.

Some episodes are better then others. One of my favorite gags was one where a person would drive off with a baby car seat + fake baby, sitting on the roof. It's probably wrong to laugh at stuff like that, but it was great seeing everybody try to stop the driver.

or the one where the guy rides the 10 speed bike with the baby carrier on the back and keeps crashing. Morbid, but quite funny cause you knew it wasn't real (watching it anyways).

Some great skits.. Many bad ones.

If you thought the show was bad, wait until "Jackass: The Movie" hits theaters in October.

My favorite... guy in a parking lot with a fake hand stuck under a car tire that just fell off the jack and on his hand. Blood everywhere screaming for help. Pretty funny reactions from people walking up on this.

I have two favorites. The powder-the-guy-with-a-heaping-handful-of-flower-while-he's-sleeping-off-a-hangover trick. And, the call-a-cab-and-have-a-midget-in-your-luggage-with-his-hands-bound-and-wearing-only-a-diaper-jump-out-of-your-luggage-when-the-cabby-reaches-for-the-bag-to-put-it-in-the-trunk trick.

Those are why Tivo offers the 8 second replay feature, right?

My favorite gags were both pits:

1. pit trap for the [long suffering dad's] riding lawnmower. The look on the mother's face when she catches them digging the pit was priceless. "You're going to put that back when you're finished!".

2. Brad Pitt getting kidnapped.

Yeah, the Brad Pitt one was probably my favorites too. Nevertheless, I still thought that show was stupid. The entire premise is based on a video called "CKY" and the newer one "CKY2k" if anybody wants to check it out on video.

-The Simpsons :) :D   :p

I enjoyed it for a while (the hearse parked on the hill with the coffin falling out the back), then it just got gross (Santa's enema, jellyfish yamulke). I bailed after that.

I still have a SP for it, but man, when can we expect some new episodes. I think I've seen the majority of them multiple times.

I'm pretty certain that MTV has stopped production on Jackass. I don't think you'll be seeing ANY new episodes.

Wonder why they stopped production? Seems like it was gettng the numbers it needed. I still can't believe though that they're making a movie.. that'll rank right up there with teh Jerky Boys flick.

I can't find the announcement, but Knoxville decided not to do it anymore, in part because of his new movie career (e.g. MIB2).

Looks like at least one of the other cast members is playing the home version.
