I'm a software wiz. But I DON'T DO HARDWARE! So, when my series one TIVO got to a place of freezing on me when I use it, I wasn't able to to do anything about it. And... since a friend of mine (who lives far away) hacked in an extra HD to bring it up to 90 hours, I can't send it in to TIVO.

I bought a Series 2.

So I want to sell the old one. Can someone suggest the best way to do something like that?

Heres the deal: It has a lifetime service contract - worth $249.00, but since it doesn't work, that's about all it's worth. So if someone wants it for the 249 (plus shipping) I'll let them have it for that.

Is there a place on the forum to post it? Or do I have to go to EBay?

Anyone got any ideas?
