Hello,

I am having some MAJOR problems. My tivo has been freezing for the past month. I have tried replacing the hard drive and it still freezes. I actually have two tivos, so I tried the original drive in my other one and it worked fine. This tivo that is freezing is less than a year old (9 months in fact). I think something else is wrong since it keeps freezing on the "Almost there, just a few more seconds . . ." Is there anything I can do? Do any of you have any suggestions? I have just about exhausted everything I can think of. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
