Hello, folks!

Need some help!

I have upgraded my Tivo (Philips DSR6000) back in March by replacing B-drive with a 120 GB drive. Everything worked perfectly well until couple of days ago when my A-drive (original 30GB Quantum) started failing.

When trying to make a duplicate of this drive to a new drive (42GB IBM) I accidently switched drive identifiers during "dd if=/dev/hdb of=/dev/hda bs=32k" (hdb - new drive; hda - original tivo A-drive). so I lost original Tivo A-drive image.

Call me stupid, but I did not create a backup of the original drive (I thought I still had one from my upgrade in March).

Anyone out there can suggest where to get/download Tivo (virgin) image?:confused:

Am I doomed with having essentually get a new unit?:mad:

Please help!
