Help,I think I killed my DirecTivo!!

Well here's what happened. I came home to find the ole Welcome! Powering Up screen. Since my Directivo is on a UPS I had a sinking feeling a hard drive had crashed. I unplugged it, replugged it back in, no dice.
Next, I tried to figure out if both drives were spinning, which is where the problem came in. I unplugged the fan and lifted the drives up out of the box with the power still on. Unfortunately, the power cord for the fan hit the tuner, arced, and then everything died..... I have a new drive with a fresh restore but all I get when I plug in the tivo is a faint clicking sound.
Any and all ideas welcome :)

As McCoy said on a Star Trek episode "He's dead, Jim." :(

Probably best to restore it to it's original (physical) and send it in for repair. You'll get a refurbished unit in return.
