ABC delays Dinotopia for more Monk

A change in the ABC premiere schedule.

8pm on Thursdays starting 9/26, Monk will be airing on ABC.

Dinotopia will now premiere on Thanksgiving, 11/28.

Doesn't NBC show Jurassic Park every year around Thanksgiving?

Personally, I'm hoping Dinotopia never sees the light of day. I watched about 2 minutes of the mini-series and was offended by some ultra-left-wing environmentalist or anti-gun thing I saw, and the special effects weren't, so I turned it off. Afterwards I heard the whole thing was full of that kind of socialist crap.

Hmmm...wouldn't the title sort of suggest that very thing?

It took me a while to figure out why you thought that, but I finally did. But when I originally saw the title of the miniseries, I thought it was either "cornucopia of dinosaurs" or "utopia FOR dinosaurs", not "utopia WITH dinosaurs".
