This comes from the Saint Louis Post-Dispatch from a couple days ago:

"After months of wheeling, dealing and wheedling, WHSL (Channel 46) has inked a pact to air the UPN dramas "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Enterprise" beginning with their season premieres.

The UPN shows will be seen Fridays from 7-9 p.m. on WHSL. "Enterprise," which begins its second season nationally on Wednesday, will make its WHSL debut two days later, on Friday. A repeat of last spring's first-season finale - [possible spoiler removed] - will air at 7 p.m., followed by the season opener.

"Buffy" returns nationally on Tuesday, Sept. 24. The season premiere is set for 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, on WHSL. Creator Joss Whedon promises that "Buffy" will return to its roots this season, with more humor and a lighter mood. First, however, [possible spoiler removed].

WHSL is a local station, available by antenna (Channel 46 on your UHF dial), cable or as part of local-stations packages on satellite. The station is owned by Michael and Steven Roberts' Roberts Broadcasting Co."

Thanks for posting this, somehow I missed the season finale on WB11 and big dish, so even though I picked up the Enterprise season premier on big dish (sitting on my ReplayTV unwatched in case something like this happened!), now I can see the finale from last year as well.

Hope they have the MTS Stereo gear up . . . I guess we wait until at least April 1 for any chance that WHSL-DT will air it in HiDef--I'm sure there is no chance they are recording an HD feed (I'm not even sure if UPN is providing one yet).

. . . and prepare to be underwhelmed. Enterprise looked like they recorded it on VHS last week. If you have access to a big dish, don't use this as a substitute for canadian feeds or the other much better sources.
