Looping Tivo's

I work at a College TV station and we are in the process of buying a TIVO. I was wondering if it is possible to directly feed content from a Mini DV player to a tivo then send that content out. Also I was wondering if you guys know if it is possible to loop content from a TIVO so that a series of programs will play over and over again.
