My AT&T TiVo died on me. Please help!

I added the 2nd drive to TiVo around 6 months back. It has been working fine until a week ago. While watching recorded video, the system would sometimes reboot itself. It went on for couple days until yesterday. It rebooted again on its own, but it was stuck at "powering up, please wait" screen forever. I'm just wondering what might be the problems and what are my options of fixing it?
