MFS Tools Boot CD on Win 2k/NT/XP

If you do a CD boot in a Windows 2000 box with the MFS toolos image, will your harddrive become corrupted by the image that Win2k/NT OS burns on it.

I read the hinsdale tutorial and was a little unclear as to whether booting it this way would harm the hard drive. Thanks.

You musn't let NT boot with the TiVo drive attached. If you're in any doubt, don't connect the TiVo drive until you're sure your PC is booting off the CD. If necessary disconnect the NT drive!

The CD is an ISO - a byte-for-byte image of the CD-ROM. You will get an identical boot CD if you burn it on WinNT, Win9x, Linux, Mac, etc...
