No.

The mother board & Power Supply are different. ( Uses different CPU even )

Best to sell the Series 1 & Buy an series 2 if you wish to change.

Hmmm. Has anyone looked into moving a (80 hour) Series 2's guts into a Series 1 case as a way to make room for a second hard drive?

Would be easier to buy a 60 hr (room for two drives) Series 2.
