Booted to W2K

All:

Last night I placed my original (pre-upgrade drive) back into a computer to run Powermax on it.

This morning I accidently booted to Windows 2000, which the Hinsdale HOWTO says DON'TDO.

I'd like to be able to use the OEM drive as a backup in case the upgrade drive fails. What do I need to do?

If I restore the MFSbackup back to the OEM drive will that overwrite the signature Hinsdale warns about?
