Change of owner

If i sell my TiVo with lifetime sub, should i inform TiVo of the change and the new owner?

I asked the TiVo CS of this, and they said yes, you should tell them of the new address, although there is no charge for this. I think this is so they can verify the caller-ID in the future, and send snailmailed service announcements if necessary.
