My Tivo updated to 3.2 today. I've seen some posts that say picture quality would be better, however I dont see any difference in my case.
Are there any other new features of 3.2??

Don't worry, its just a new rev of code where the TIVO management decides to take out some more features to protect you from yourself.

first it was the serial cable to box support, next... the remote control. tomorow they take out the world!

Yes, TIVO development management is in control. so just sit back and trust them.

I see from your other posts that you're extremely angry (to the point of abuse) with TiVo for removing serial control with 3.0, but that's no reason to post innacurate accusations.

Just for the record no user features were either added or removed from 3.0 to 3.2.
