120gb Blessed B DTiVo Trouble

After using the dd command I recieved input/output error so then I used the dd command with the options to ignore the error and copy anyway. After 3 days of running it said 0+36689 Records in 36689+0 Records out dd: Reading '/dev/hdc : Input/Output Error so... I used ctrl alt delete to stop it 'cause I thought something bad must be wrong.
I put the A drive back into the DTiVo box and it was not hurt at all.
I just used the BlessTiVo /dev/hdb command on the 120gb so I can add it to the DTiVo box along with the 45gb Maxtor A drive and got back 0GB size! I noticed that the hdb (Maxtor 120gb) booted with this message: hdb: Signature 9214, Signature be16
Blocks in Map=3 It said it is a 10gb size. Last Friday when I started the process and the MfsTools 2.0 backup didn't work I noticed that Signature message and used qunlock.exe
Is there anyway I can still use this Drive for more recording space?
Thanks to anyone who can help me, Bombadier9

Several people have reported this recently. Have you put the 120Gb drive in the TiVo yet?

Yes but just after the dd copy procedure. In the DTiVo by itself as the A drive. All I got was the dialing Web Tv screen. No matter what I did it kept doing an automatic dialup.
After that I reinstalled in PC on Primary Slave and used the BlessTiVo command. It has not been in the DTiVo unit yet after the Blessing. It reported it as 0gb to use. At boot up it now reports as a 10mb drive.
Thanks for any help, Bombadier9

I guess it is possible that the TiVo locked it. Try qunlock or dlgchk.exe. Reading the thread I linked to suggests that the drive may have to be returned.
