Can you upgrade a Tivo unit with drives of different speeds? For instance... I have a Sony Tivo SR-2000 unit in which I have a 120 GB (5400 speed) and a 100 GB (7200 speed) Can these be added together without any problems? (of course I'll be taking out the 30 GB hard drive which is failing after 3 years)

No problem with mixing. I prefer 5400RPM drives for TiVo application.
