Connecting but not downloading Guide data

Hi there, I'm using a Tivo 2.0 60 hours.
I have been using the 3COM USB ethernet adapter for a few days successfully (with the ,#401 trick) but now I'm having trouble downloading Guide data.
I noticed this morning the Tivo was complaining about having guide data only until tomorrow.
I forced it to make a daily call immediately but what's happening is that it connects fine (Starting up, Preparing Call, Housekeeping, Dialing, Connecting, Setting Clock, Getting Account Status, Downloading, Hanging up, Preparing Data, Loading Data, Succeeded) but at the end it does not show the loading data progress % and it still shows it has Guide data until tomorrow only.
:confused:
Has anybody seen this before?
Any help appreciated !!! :D

I tried calling with the phone line and got the same problem so I felt it was time to call Tivo support (didn't do that before cause Tivo over Ethernet is not supported).
The support guy told me this is a common problem. I asked if I did something wrong or if it was a glitch in the Tivo and he told me it was a glitch. He told me to go through the guided setup again and that this would fix the problem.
30 minutes later (a pain going through the setup again :( ) my Tivo was back in business.

What probably happened was that your lineup changed names. So there wasn't anything for TiVo to really download (hence, no "Loading"). Repeating GS let you pick a new lineup from a current list.

This happened in Kirkland/Bellevue area (near Seattle) a couple weeks ago. I went into my To-Do list one day and a message popped up saying there was less than 7 days of guide data and for me to make a call. Did that; no change.
Jumped over to zap2it.com with a browser and noted that the cable lineup I normally used was no longer in the list. Looks like AT&T decided to do some changes. Re-ran GS, picked a new lineup that matched and I was back in biz. Still really annoying though. There ought to be a simple alert in the TiVo UI to say "Hey, the channel lineup you're trying to get is no longer available!"
