Can't download Program Data over 'net!

I've been using the Turbonet card for a couple of months now connecting through broadband with no problems at all.
Suddenly this week, the Tivo says it is completing it's calls successfully and connects when I force a call, but it retrieves no program data. I've only got program data for three more days. Eek!
I called Tivo support and they said my account is in good standing and looks fine to them, but they have no record of me attempting to connect because I don't go over the phone. They wouldn't offer me any other help because they don't officially support the network connection.
Any one have any insights?
I'm going to try to get the phone reconnected to it, but it's going to be a MAJOR pain in the booty because I only have CAT5 where the Tivo lives.
Thanks to all.

You're cable lineup has probably changed names. Repeat Guided Setup (Messages & Setup -> System Reset -> Repeat Guided Setup) and see if there's a new lineup available.

And if you need to run the phone line for a while, don't forget that you can run regular phone service through CAT 5 - just plug the phone jack into your patch panel and at the other end plug an RJ-11 cable into the TiVo and the jack, and it'll be fine, as long as all 4 pairs in the CAT 5 are connected.

Well, it's working again. Sure enough, repeating the guided setup did the trick. But wotta pain to go through and reset all my cable channels. I hope that Tivo doesn't get lost again....
Thanks to both of you for the suggestions. I did indeed hook the phone through the Cat-5 (but you have to bypass any hubs) and did the setup over the phone. Once it was working again, I hooked the network back up and everything is cool there too.
Whew! I'm still kind of bent that Tivo customer service wouldn't help me at all because I was using the network card, even though the problem wasn't in using that. So thank God for the Tivo Underground! :-)
Thanks again.
